Research demonstrates that men with prostate cancer who remain active often experience longer, healthier lives. Even dedicating just 20 minutes a day to activity can deliver meaningful benefit!

A study of men with localized prostate cancer found that those who walked at least 20 minutes daily after diagnosis had a lower risk of dying from prostate cancer and a lower overall risk of mortality compared to less active men.

A meta-analysis has demonstrated that exercise improves cardiorespiratory fitness and may enhance quality of life (QoL) and reduce PSA levels in men with prostate cancer undergoing active surveillance¹⁰.
